Shiva Loccisano
Msc in Industrial Biotechnology followed by a PhD in Business and Management and a specializing Master in Project Management for Business Performance and Innovation with IPMA certification.
With more than 18 years’ experience in Technology Transfer and Innovation has been the Head of Technology Transfer at Politecnico di Torino for more than 10 years and is currently CEO at Almacube srl, the incubator and innovation hub of the University of Bologna and Confindustria Emilia Area Centro and at BeHold srl, the holding company managing the University of Bologna’s Spin-offs portfolio.
He is sitting on the board of InnovUp (the Italian innovation and startup ecosystem) and was board member at Netval (where he launched and served as Senior Project Manager for the Knowledge Share project) and Council Member within ATTP (Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals). He also served as Vice-chair of the Technology Transfer Committee within LES International and is an active member of ASTP.
He is author of publications in the field and has been a speaker at several national and international conferences and lecturer in Technology Transfer and Innovation courses at the post-graduation level.
